Do I need to bring bed-linen?

No. We provide all the bed-linen that is required. For reasons of hygiene we ask guests not to use their own sleeping bags, sheets or duvets. Towels are also provided in the apartments. However, beach towels should be brought by guests.

Is Portrush Holiday Rental's apartments close to the town centre?

Most certainly. We are only 6 minutes away from the town centre, bus and rail stations. If you would like directions visit our Directions and Parking section.

Is smoking permitted in Portrush Holiday Rental's apartments?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Portrush Holiday Rentals apartments.

Is there private reservable parking?
There is strictly one parking space reserved for the apartment. However, free non-resevable parking can be found in the surrounding streets of the building. Please, do not park in someone else's space or park more than one car in your designated space.

Are stag and hen parties permitted?
No. Bookings for stag and hen parties are strictly forbidden.

What is the maximum number of people permitted to stay in each apartment?
For health and safety reasons, the 4 bedroom apartments are strictly limited to 8 persons. Note that only the number and names of the persons stated when completing the check-in form are permitted to enter the apartment and use the facilities.

What kitchen equipment do I need to bring?
All kitchens come fully equipped with utensils, crockery and cuttlery. You are only required to bring your own food and the personal stuff you use for cooking.

Do I need to prearrange key collection?
Yes.  To arrange collection of keys to apartments, contact us 48 hours prior to arrival by telephoning 07881 782 181 or email [email protected]

What if I want to cancel my booking?
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of reservation will be charged. If cancelled later, 100% of the total fee will be charged.

Can I arrive before the 3:00 pm check-in?
Luggage drop off may be possible, but must be prearranged by email a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Can I stay after 11:00 am check-out on the day of departure?
No, however luggage storage may be possible, but must be prearranged by email a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
